Eric Rexrode has extensive experience in research and development roles within the chemical industry. Eric started their career at Albright and Wilson Americas as a Research Engineer in flame retardants process research. Eric then worked at The Carpenter Company as a Research Engineer in polyurethane rigid foam R&D. After that, they joined Flexible Products Corporation as a Research Engineer in the polyurethane rigid foam R&D group. Eric then moved to The Dow Chemical Company, where they held various roles, including Research Specialist in the polyurethane flexible specialties and rigid foam application development groups, as well as Application Development Leader in Dow Oil & Gas Transmission. Currently, Eric is working at Covestro as Vice President and Head of R&D for North America. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully managed projects, budgets, and sales targets.
Eric Rexrode attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University from 1989 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering.
