Dr. Philip Bahke has a varied work experience, starting in 2001 at Technische Universität Dortmund where they served as a Wissenschaftlicher Angestellter, focusing on lectures, research, and mentoring students until December 2004. Dr. Philip then joined Bayer in 2005, where they held various roles including Senior Expert, Senior Chemical Engineer for CAS Baseisocyanates, and Production Lead for Modified Isocyanate plants in Baytown, Texas. In 2015, they moved to Covestro and took on the role of Production Lead, responsible for the operational business of Modified Isocyanate plants. Dr. Philip later became the Reliability Lead before transitioning to their current role as the Head of Operation BE Elastomers.
