Annie Bai has a diverse work experience in the coatings, adhesive, and specialties industry. Annie started their career at DuPont as a Marketing Assistant in Engineering Polymer from July 2001 to July 2004. Annie then moved on to Kinetic, where they held various roles including China/HK Market Analyst in Coatings, China/HK Price Officer in Coatings & Adhesive, Head of Greater China Business Support in Coatings & Adhesive, and Head of Greater China Business Support and Project Management in Coatings and Adhesive between October 2005 and August 2008. Annie then transitioned to the role of Asia Pacific Global Key Account Manager in Coatings and Adhesive from January 2010 to July 2016. Annie continued to grow within the company, taking on the position of Director of Global Key Account Management APAC, Coatings, Adhesive and Specialties from August 2016 to July 2020. Currently, Annie is serving as the Director of Product Management APAC, Coatings, Adhesive and Specialties at Kinetic since August 2020.

Annie Bai pursued their education at various institutions throughout their academic journey. Annie first attended Tongji University from 1997 to 2001, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering. Following this, they enrolled at Fudan University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Chemistry. Later on, Annie Bai pursued a Master's degree at The University of Hong Kong from 2016 to 2018. Annie successfully graduated with a Master of Business Administration (International) degree, specializing in the field of Business Administration.
