With experience in stakeholder management, gathering requirements, relationship management, and creating systems for analysis and improvement, Elaine brings a wealth of expertise to their current position. Prior to their roles at Coverys and Allocate Software, Elaine also worked at Vodafone and Britannia Building Society in various analytical and administrative roles. Elaine holds a Master's Degree in Psychological Research Methods from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Open University.
