Sergio Rinaldi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sergio started their career at Mentor Together as a Public Relations and Operation Intern, where they led the implementation of a new social media and public relations strategy that resulted in a 300% increase in social media reach. Sergio then joined Procter & Gamble as a Product Supply Intern, where they analyzed customer behavior and improved the supply chain strategy for the Asia Pacific Hair Care operation. Sergio also took part in the Procter & Gamble CEO Academy program. After that, Sergio worked as a Student Consultant at NUS Industrial and Systems Engineering Department & Schlumberger, delivering an IT system procurement project and proposing a facility investment to increase profit. Sergio then served as a Sales Engineer at THK CO.,LTD., where they expanded the customer base and improved the e-commerce platform for the Indonesian market. Sergio later joined Hall & Partners as a Research Executive, conducting market landscape research and managing brand communication strategy reports. Sergio then moved on to United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), first as a Manager in the CEO Office, where they strategized with C-suite executives to drive revenue growth, and later as a Senior Manager in the Liabilities Product & Program Management team, launching engagement-focused banking products and coordinating system tests for UOB's digital bank project. Sergio'smost recent role was as a Deposit Product Manager at tonik, where they developed digital-only retail liabilities products and drove end-to-end product development. Sergio is currently serving as a Product Manager at CoverWallet, an Aon company.

Sergio Rinaldi began their education at Raffles Institution in 2008 and completed their studies there in 2009, focusing on science. Sergio then attended Raffles Institution again from 2010 to 2011, this time pursuing GCE A Levels. In 2012, Sergio enrolled at the National University of Singapore, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Industrial and System Engineering in 2016. During their time at the university, they also participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in 2014, specializing in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial studies.
