Alessia Tomaino has a wealth of experience in the field of customer service, translation, and communication. Alessia began their career in 2005 as a Stager at Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana S.p.A. In 2008, they moved to Università della Calabria as an Administrative Assistant - Communication and Secretary. Alessia also served as an Addetto Stampa at INU Calabria from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they also began their PhD in Philosophy of language - Filosofia del linguaggio, della Mente e dei Processi Formativi. In 2014, they took on the role of Formador de Italiano at Ez language - Lancaster College, as well as a Translator - Customer Assistant Prozis Italian Market at OSIT Group. Alessia then moved to Prozis in 2018 as a Partner Coordinator and is currently employed as a Customer Success Specialist at Coverflex since 2022.

Alessia Tomaino has a diverse educational background. Alessia obtained a Doctorate in Philosophy of Language, Mind and Formative Processes from the University of Palermo in 2014. Alessia also holds a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Calabria and has completed a visiting PhD program at the University of Paris Cit\u00e9 and an Erasmus student program at the University of La Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris. Additionally, they have obtained a Makeup Artist certification from True Colours Arts & Makeup School in 2018 and a CCP - CERTIFICADO DE COMPET\u00caNCIAS PEDAG\u00d3GICAS certification from the IEFP - Instituto de Emprego e Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional in 2014.
