Ron Douglas, MPA, TRS has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ron currently holds the position of Business Development Associate at Cover Whale, starting in 2022. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Carrier Relations Analyst at We Insure Group, The Premier Franchise Insurance Company. Ron also worked at USAA from 2013 to 2021 as an Auto Claims Adjuster. Before that, they were self-employed as a Consultant, specializing in Public Sector Grant Writing and Process Improvement in 2012. Ron also has experience as a Billing Analyst at Syniverse Technologies in 2010, a Consultant at Tribridge in 2008-2009, a Business Analyst at Tier Technologies in 2007-2008, a Management Consultant at Creative Insights Corporation in 2006-2007, and finally as a Business Development Executive at Boise Cascade from 1999-2006.

Ron Douglas, MPA, TRS pursued their education at the University of South Florida from the year 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Public Administration. Prior to this, from 1992 to 1997, they attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor's degree in Food and Resource Economics (BS).
