Crystal Eakins is an experienced account manager and underwriter. Crystal has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years.

Crystal began their career as an administrative assistant at First Benefits Insurance. Crystal quickly rose through the ranks and became an account manager. In this role, they were responsible for handling customer accounts and ensuring that their needs were met.

After a few years at First Benefits, Crystal took a position at Nationwide Insurance as a PL screening underwriter. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing policies to make sure they were rated correctly. Crystal remained in this position for 14 years before leaving to join Cover Whale.

At Cover Whale, Crystal is responsible for unknown role. Crystal has been with the company since February 2022.
