Priyanka Kalaria is an experienced Experience Strategist currently working at Clockwork since August 2023. Previously, Priyanka contributed to the Service Design Network in roles such as website team member and virtual attendee experience team member during the SDN Global Conference 2022, focusing on creating engaging digital experiences. In early 2022, Priyanka served as the Lead Event Organizer for the Service Design Learning Fest, overseeing the overall conference experience and liaising with the Hopin platform team. Priyanka's background as an Experience Designer and Researcher at Hidesign involved conducting user research and developing retail strategies across over 80 stores. Priyanka also has experience as an Interior Designer at Studio 2+2 and completed an internship at Dipen Gada & Associates. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Service Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, a Master of Design in Computational Design from CEPT University, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from DC Patel School of Architecture.
