As the People & Culture Advisor for hichelsea.co, Chelsea assists startups and growth companies in developing effective people strategies and operations. Previous roles include Executive Advisor for the Digital Trust Laboratory of Canada, Age Of Union, and CarData, as well as Vice President of Human Resources at Lightspeed HQ. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Spanish from Western University and a Certificate in Human Resources Fundamentals from Concordia University.
