Kenneth Desisles, ASA, MAAA, currently serves as Director Actuary at Coventry since June 2023. Prior to this role, Kenneth held the position of Actuarial Director at Lombard International - US & Bermuda from September 2018 to June 2023, where the focus was on addressing the financial needs of high net worth individuals and institutions. Kenneth also worked at Prudential Financial from August 2012 to September 2018, progressing from Manager, Actuarial to Director, Actuary, with responsibilities in product development, model updates, and pricing models for various financial solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Towers Watson as Actuarial Analyst and MetLife as Actuarial Consultant, with a strong emphasis on data processes, pension calculations, and disability reserve pricing. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, received in 2005.
