Thomas Ison has held various roles in customer service and management, starting from being a Contact Centre Advisor to eventually becoming a Senior Customer Services Manager at Coventry Building Society. With experience in handling complaints, overseeing teams, and managing SLAs, Thomas has a strong background in banking and regulatory knowledge. Prior to this, Thomas worked as a Car Part Painter and Deputy Manager at William Hill. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Production and Cultural Studies from Solent University.
