Kimberley Sysum currently serves as the Head of Operations at Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, a role held since November 2023. Prior to this position, Kimberley worked as Operations Manager at Crisis from August 2018 to November 2023, where leadership involved guiding a team in delivering coaching and classes to aid clients transitioning out of homelessness. Kimberley also held the role of Senior Programme Coordinator at Accord Housing Association from November 2016 to August 2018, focusing on a solution-focused therapy program for domestic violence perpetrators and representing the program in various multi-agency forums. Previously, from December 2014 to December 2015, Kimberley was Services Manager at Accord Housing Association, overseeing services for offenders and managing contracts with funders. Earlier experience includes the position of Business Improvement Manager and Resident Engagement Manager at Fry Housing Trust from September 2012 to March 2013, where Kimberley led initiatives in client engagement and event management.
