Michelle Bishop, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager & Business Partner at Covenant since September 2021, Michelle previously held positions as Human Resource Supervisor at AO Smith from May 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing efficiency in key departments, administration of bargaining unit contract policies, and leading wellness initiatives. Prior to that, Michelle was a Human Resources Manager at OmniSource Corporation from August 2008 to April 2016, providing key HR support and administering compensation and benefits programs. Michelle also served as a Labor Relations Specialist at AO Smith Water Products Co from November 2006 to August 2008, focusing on contract administration and employee grievance procedures. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from East Tennessee State University in 2002.
