Falicia McElroy is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and development within the transportation and collections sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Non-Driver Orientation and Driver Recruiter Training at Covenant since June 2018, Falicia focuses on new recruiter training, interactive classroom and remote training, one-on-one mentoring, and continued professional development.
