Matt Shadle began their career in 2008 as a Help Desk Technician at the University of Washington. In 2010, they moved to Apex IT Group as a Service Desk Engineer. In 2013, they joined Covenant Technology Solutions as a Service Desk Technician, and eventually moved up to the role of Director of Professional Services.
Matt Shadle obtained their Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Washington in 2010. In 2011, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure) certification. In 2012, they obtained a Kaseya Certified Administrator certification, and in 2013 they obtained a Mac Integration Basics 10.8 certification from Apple.
