Deborah Pawelko

Deborah Pawelko has a diverse work experience. Deborah started their career at BDO as an Assurance Manager, where they worked with various clients and specialized in internal controls and accounting processes. Deborah then joined Covenant Retirement Communities as a Senior Accountant, where they calculated monthly revenue recognition and produced pricing proposals. After that, they became the Director of Finance at CovenantCare at Home, managing accounting, budgeting, and revenue cycle management. Deborah later joined Family Home Health Network as the Controller and was eventually promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations, administration, finance, and sales. Deborah also worked at Hedge Trackers as a Derivative Accounting Consultant and at EAB Solutions Inc. as the Vice President of Accounting. Currently, they are serving as the Director, Business Office at Covenant Living Communities and Services.

Deborah Pawelko attended Marquette University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Mother McAuley High School from 1984 to 1988.
