Katherine Tarlecky currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Covenant House Florida since May 2024 and previously held significant leadership roles at various YMCA organizations, including the Sr. Director of Mission Advancement at YMCA of South Palm Beach County and the Executive Director at YMCA of South Florida. With a strong background in fundraising and community engagement, Katherine has achieved notable success, including generating a $700,000 net return for the Association and raising $190,000 for Annual Campaign donations. Katherine's extensive experience spans various YMCA locations, where responsibilities included managing substantial operations and staff teams, alongside developing programs that foster community partnerships. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Muhlenberg College.
