Lailanie Jones possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the education and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Southern California and Chief Operating Officer at Covenant House California since August 2021, Lailanie previously held the position of Executive Director at Precious Lamb Preschool from August 2007 to July 2021. Earlier in their career, Lailanie contributed as Assistant Director at Country Village Preschool (Covil, Inc.) from 2001 to 2007.
