Heather Flynn, bCRE-Pro, has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on development and administration within non-profit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Covenant House California since December 2014, Heather is dedicated to uplifting programs for young people, emphasizing unconditional love and respect. Prior to this role, Heather held several key positions at Olive Crest from July 2009 to December 2014, including Vice President of Administration and Director of Development Operations, where Heather honed expertise in fund development and operational management.
