Alejandra B. is an experienced professional with a strong background in youth engagement and advocacy services. Currently serving as the Residential Manager at Covenant House California since January 2022, Alejandra oversees youth engagement services and participates in the administrator on-call rotation. Prior experience includes working as a Case Manager at Covenant House International, where Alejandra developed Individual Service Plans and facilitated psycho-educational activities for youth. Alejandra also held the position of Bilingual Community Support Advocate at YWCA Silicon Valley, providing advocacy and counseling for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Earlier roles include Operations Coordinator and Bilingual Operations and Program Support Assistant at Safe & Sound, enhancing operational efficiency in support of child advocacy efforts. Alejandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California State University - East Bay.
