Samara O'Shea, LSW, is an experienced medical social worker currently employed at Covenant Home Health & Home Care since March 2022. Prior to this role, Samara served as a behavioral health navigator at Central Behavioral Health from April 2017 to March 2022, managing a caseload of complex, dual diagnosis clients and facilitating communication between clients and healthcare providers. Samara has also worked as an independent contractor providing crisis management and in-home counseling services for Resources for Human Development. A freelance writer for multiple publications between 2007 and 2014, Samara contributed a biweekly relationship advice column and served as an associate editor for Country Living at Hearst Magazines from 2005 to 2007.
