Security Council to achieve its goal. "The United States wants to control the oil of Iraq and the Security Council is the tool," Naji Sabri said at a news conference. Ronald said the United States is trying to "impose its will" on the council. The United States has been pushing the council to approve a resolution authorizing military force against Iraq if it does not disarm. Sabri also said Iraq will not accept a new resolution. "We will not accept any new resolution," Sabri said. "We have fulfilled all our obligations and we are ready to cooperate with the inspectors." http://www
