Prior to this role, Ella was the Principal at Wilkinsburg School District from September 2000 to June 2011, where leadership skills were applied in an educational setting. Ella holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, underscoring a solid foundation in leadership principles.
