Daniel B. Revere, Asset Manager (joined the firm in October 2022) is responsible for property-level financial analysis and generating internal reports relevant to operational performance. He also conducts property site inspections for his portfolio of renovated properties. Prior to joining Covenant, Daniel worked for PGIM Real Estate in their Investment Analyst program, where he was responsible for completing preliminary underwriting for multifamily projects. From 2018 until 2020, Daniel worked in Asset Management for a local multifamily owner and developer. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee (2018).
