James Rockwell, MBA, has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. James is currently the Director of Strategic Account Sales at Covenant since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at U.S. Xpress, Inc. where they held the positions of Vice President, Enterprise Sales from February 2019 to September 2022, Regional Operations Manager from August 2017 to January 2019, and Business Analyst from June 2016 to August 2017. Before joining U.S. Xpress, Inc., they worked at Champion Logistics Group as a Business Development Manager from September 2007 to June 2013. James started their career at Citi, where they worked as a Branch Manager from January 2006 to August 2007 and as a Business Associate from July 2004 to January 2006.

James Rockwell, MBA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance & Economics at Grand Valley State University from 1999 to 2004. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Business at National Chiao Tung University, from 2014 to 2016.
