Joseph Stephen has worked at four different companies, starting with Cordial Infosolutions in 2010 as the CEO. In 2014, they moved to Reckone Inventions Private Limited as the Chief Technical Officer. In 2017, they joined Agrima Infotech PVT LTD as a Senior PHP Developer, and in 2018 they moved to KaHa Pte Ltd as a Senior Firmware Engineer.

Joseph Stephen completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Girinagar and received their High School in Computer Science in 2010.
