Currently serving on the Investment Committee of Cove Fund and as a Board Member at 3D Live // AXO, Roger also held the position of Chairman at OnSite Waste Technologies until December 2023. As a co-founder of Varo Money Inc., Roger contributed to reinventing banking through innovative mobile-first solutions. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Corinthian Colleges, where oversight of a $240MM marketing budget was pivotal, and Executive Vice President and Managing Director at The Kessler Group, focusing on client relationships and marketing strategies. Early career achievements include ownership at Universal Savings Bank and Crucial Solution Consulting, and leadership positions at Providian Financial in the UK. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
