Michael Rodriguez is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Mt Holland Lithium Project at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since November 2019. Prior to this role, Michael served as Manager Operational Services and Technology at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers from August 2016 to November 2019, where leadership was provided to technical services for capital works and compliance. Michael's career also includes significant tenure at CSBP from August 1998 to July 2016, holding various managerial positions focused on business performance in chemicals and the expansion of ammonium nitrate production. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from Curtin University, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
