Nick Loukes serves as In-House Counsel and Franchise and Corporate Manager at COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER LLC since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney at Lanman Rayne, PLLC from April 2019 to December 2020, and at Monaghan Leahy from May 2014 to April 2019, focusing on representing clients in various commercial transactions. Nick Loukes also practiced at Drummond & Drummond, LLP and Rudman & Winchell, LLC from 2009 to 2014. Graduating with a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law in 2009 and a degree in English/Classical Civilizations from Colby College in 2004, Nick Loukes completed the National Association of Development Companies course to qualify as an SBA 504 Designated Attorney.
