Ryan Mayeaux has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Network Engineer and IT Systems Analyst II at Coushatta Casino Resort since February 2007, specializing in Avaya VOIP and data systems. From August 2014 to July 2018, Ryan owned and operated Mel's Quick Stop, offering specialty meats and smokehouse products. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Remington College-Lafayette Campus, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
