Erica Taber began their career in 1997 as an Actress and Model, Represented by Nylo Model and Talent. In 2007, they became a Membership Advisor at Crunch Fitness. In 2012, they were a Yoga Advisor at YogaWorks, Inc. In 2013, they were a Hospitality Manager at Ozumo Japanese Restaurant. From 2014 to present, they have been a Regional Manager at Courtsmith Basketball Industries, where they oversee regional store operations to ensure adequate revenue goal, trains and mentors junior managers and customer service associates, and initiated a performer recognition program for staff motivation and skill enhancement. Erica also held the role of Production Manager at Courtsmith.

Erica Taber attended the College of Alameda, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Erica also holds a Barworks Instructor Certified certification.
