Brittany Turner

Brittany Turner has a strong background in software quality assurance and development. Brittany is currently serving as the Director of Development Operations at CourtAvenue since 2022. In their previous role at Worldpay from 2020 to 2022, they were a Senior Software QA Analyst and led the Merchant Disputes Train, overseeing quality assurance efforts for high critical projects across 3 separate scrum teams. Brittany's responsibilities included automating UI/batch jobs/APIs, driving the conversion of testing framework, CI/CD automated build validation, and providing leadership and mentorship to teammates.

Before Worldpay, they worked at Myriad Neuroscience from 2017 to 2020 as a QA Analyst III focusing on automation. In this role, Brittany played a key part in implementing and maintaining automated test scripts using C#, Visual Studio, .NET, NUnit, and Selenium. Brittany also provided leadership and training to QA Leads.

Prior to Myriad Neuroscience, Brittany worked at Assurex Health as a QA Analyst II from 2015 to 2017. Their main focus was on test automation, implementing new automated test scripts using Visual Studio, .NET, NUnit, and Selenium. Brittany also performed continuous maintenance of the automated test script library.

In 2013, Brittany worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati, conducting medical device research in the Point of Care Systems Design Laboratory. Brittany contributed to the design and development phase of a handheld Electroencephalography (EEG) device.

Before that, they were a Software Developer at AssureRx Health, Inc from 2011 to 2013. Brittany participated in software development, debugging, and enhancement using ASP.NET MVC 3 framework and other tools.

Brittany began their career in 2010 as a Test Engineer/Software Developer at Northrop Grumman Xetron, where they developed a plug-in via Python and provided assistance in the testing phase of the Nexus project.

In 2009, Brittany gained experience as a Student Researcher/Mentee/Teacher's Assistant at the University of Cincinnati.

Brittany Turner pursued their education at the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Science. From 2008 to 2013, they completed their Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering. Subsequently, Brittany continued their studies and obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from the same institution between 2013 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, they earned the certification of CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2017.
