Mr. Porter joined Court Square in 2016 after working at KeyBanc Capital Markets since 2008. At KeyBanc, Mr. Porter served as a Managing Director and Head of East Coast Private Equity Coverage. Previously, Mr. Porter was a Managing Director with Jefferies & Company in their M&A Group. He was also an M&A professional at Banc of America Securities and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Porter received his B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Porter currently serves on the boards of Drew Marine, Kodiak Building Partners, and PlayCore.
