Monica Kirst currently serves as the Head of Global Recruiting Operations and Programs at Coursera, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Monica was the Head of Talent Brand at Notion, where responsibilities included executing talent brand strategies to engage current and future talent. At Gusto, from November 2015 to April 2022, Monica led recruiting operations, driving significant growth and team diversity during a major expansion. Earlier career experiences include positions at Optimizely and Google, where Monica managed recruitment projects and achieved high performance metrics. Monica began professional career as a Legal Assistant at Herzig & Berlese. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University.
