Jeffrey Burgazzoli Jr, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. Jeffrey is currently the Director of Engineering at Coursedog since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Columbia University in the City of New York as the Associate Director of SIS Administration & Support from November 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they led the development and operations of the university's Student Information System (SIS) and managed a team of software developers, analysts, and project directors. Before Columbia University, Jeffrey worked at Ellucian as a Senior Technical Consultant from July 2015 to November 2019. Here, they guided universities and colleges in implementing and configuring student systems. Jeffrey started their career at West Virginia University, where they held multiple roles. As a Professional Technologist II from August 2013 to July 2015, they administered enrollment technologies and student systems. As a Graduate Assistant from August 2011 to August 2013, they maintained academic program web pages, conducted assessments and surveys, and designed professional development for education administrators.

Jeffrey Burgazzoli Jr, Ph.D. completed their education journey with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Education from West Virginia University, which they earned from 2014 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Higher Education Administration from the same institution, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013. Their undergraduate studies were also pursued at West Virginia University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in History from 2007 to 2011. Jeffrey Burgazzoli Jr started their higher education journey at Half Hollow Hills High School East, where they completed their high school education before attending college.
