Sylvie Leppig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sylvie is currently working as an Operations Coordinator at Course Studio, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Experience Coordinator at Benevity from March 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining Benevity, Sylvie held multiple roles at Roy Group Leadership. From October 2020 to March 2021, they served as a Client Experience Coordinator, collaborating with clients to manage event logistics and collect feedback. From October 2019 to October 2020, they worked as a Client Experience and Digital Strategy Associate. Additionally, they served as a Client Services Assistant from October 2018 to October 2019.

Sylvie's work experience also includes a role at Rotary International as part of the Rotary International Exchange program from August 2014 to July 2015.

Sylvie Leppig has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria. Sylvie also studied abroad at Victoria University of Wellington, focusing on Psychology. Additionally, they hold a French as a second language diploma from Anthénée Provincial Mixte Warocqué.

In terms of additional certifications, Sylvie completed Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies in June 2021 and The Working Mind from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in May 2021. Sylvie also obtained certifications in Roy Group Recharge in April 2020, Opportunity in Conflict: Engaging Difficult Conversations in October 2019, and The Leader's Discipline: A Coaching Approach to Leadership in June 2019, all from Roy Group Leadership.
