Ramses Montero has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ramses currently holds the position of Product Design Manager at coUrbanize since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Product Designer at the same company from June 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining coUrbanize, Ramses worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from July 2019 to June 2021. Ramses also worked at BetterLesson, where they held various roles including Freelance Designer from January 2019 to July 2019, Senior UX Designer from July 2018 to January 2019, and Designer from June 2015 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for delivering digital projects for teachers and school administrators, conducting user research, and creating wireframes and prototypes for stakeholder feedback.

Additionally, Ramses has experience as a Victim/Witness Advocate at the Essex District Attorney's Office from August 2014 to May 2015. Early in their career, Ramses gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Sony Music Entertainment from January 2012 to May 2012. Ramses worked on designing advertisements, publications, album artwork, and website assets. Ramses also interned at Diverging Soul in December 2011 before joining Abercrombie & Fitch as a Retail Associate, where they worked from 2008 to 2012.

Ramses Montero completed their secondary education at Peabody Veteran's Memorial High School from 2005 to 2009. Ramses then pursued further studies in Graphic Design and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Stonehill College between 2010 and 2013.
