Adam Bishop is the Lead Pastor at NewHope Church since June 2023 and has held the position of Lead Pastor at Vaughn Forest Church from September 2019 to June 2023. Adam also serves as a Professor in the School of Religion Online at California Baptist University and in the School of Divinity Online at Liberty University, both since August 2018 and January 2013, respectively. Additionally, Adam is a Coach at CourageToLead.com since January 2017. Adam holds a Master of Divinity in Religion/Religious Studies from Liberty University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Carson-Newman University, completed from 1997 to 2000.
