Bertrand L. currently serves as the Directeur des systèmes d'information at Cour de cassation since March 2024. Previously, Bertrand held the position of Chief Information Officer at the National Veterinary School of Alfort from 2018 to February 2024, and prior to that, served as Head of the ICT Services at the Cour nationale du droit d'asile (CNDA) from 2012 to 2017. Bertrand's career also includes experience as a Business Analyst in charge of national court of asylum IT projects at the French Council of State (2011-2012) and as an Information Officer & ICT Business Analyst at the French National Center for Scientific Research from 2005 to 2011. Bertrand's educational background includes certifications in information systems security from CFSSI (2023-2024), diverse training from IGPDE (2015-2017), and degrees in information science from institutions such as CNAM and Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
