André Fredrik Wesenberg has held various roles throughout their work experience. André Fredrik started their career as a Tactical Control Assistant at Det Norske Luftforsvar, where they worked on supervising, organizing, configuring, and operating the NASAMs Air Defence System. After that, they worked as a Business Consultant at VALIANT INVEST LTD, where they managed and operated international companies and took responsibility for marketing, accountancy, and administrative tasks. Wesenberg then joined Hjemmet Mortensen as a Mediakonsulent, where they were commercially responsible for Norsk Ukeblad and achieved continuous growth in their portfolio.
André Fredrik later worked at Mediahuset Nettavisen as an Account Manager, focusing on new business, creative sales, and mobile marketing. This led him to join Red Media Consulting as a Digital Advisor and later as a Senior Advisor/Client Director. In these roles, they provided strategic marketing and communications consulting, supervised a team of advisors, and developed media and communication strategies for clients in various markets. Wesenberg also played a key role in establishing the digital department at the company.
André Fredrik then moved to Viaplay, where they became the Country Manager for Norway and Sweden. In this position, they were responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution, initiated marketing activities, and developed strategic partnerships to increase loyalty towards Viaplay.
After their time at Viaplay, Wesenberg joined Retail in Media as the Director of Media. André Fredrik advised clients on marketing and communications, ensuring growth in their portfolios and aligning traditional and digital media to increase sales and ROI.
Following that, they worked at Scream Mediabyrå as an Account Manager and then at Hear Mediabyrå as a Client Director. In these roles, they focused on marketing and communications consulting, planning campaigns, and driving growth for clients involved in branding, retail, and e-commerce.
Wesenberg is currently the CEO of Coupler Sweden, a marketing-as-a-service agency that facilitates growth for B2B and tech companies through best practice processes, content creation, and marketing automation.
André Fredrik Wesenberg completed their International Baccalaureate in Languages and History at Berg Videregående Skole from 1997 to 1999. André Fredrik then pursued a degree in Management and International Relations at the University of St Andrews from 2000 to 2004, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Analytics for Business in February 2018. André Fredrik also received an MRA 2 from Media Rådinstituttet, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
