Sam Shih currently works at Coupang as a Business Analytics professional since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sam served as a Program Manager for Global Logistics and Transportation at Google from March 2021 to May 2023, where impactful contributions included developing data pipelines and managing machine learning projects. Sam's previous experience at DKSH spanned six years, beginning as the APAC Data Science Manager, building the Taiwan BI department from its inception, and holding several leadership positions in business intelligence. Earlier in the career at RT-Mart, a major hypermarket in Taiwan, Sam led a market survey team. Sam holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Taiwan University.
