Joe Nester currently serves as the Senior Director and Head of Operations at Coupang since October 2023. Prior to this role, Joe Nester had a significant tenure at Amazon from August 2011 to October 2023, where responsibilities included General Manager and Site Leader for GSP1, along with various leadership positions such as Multi-Site Leader and Senior Operations Manager. Joe Nester also gained experience as General Manager at JetStream Ground Services from February 2010 to August 2011 and held the position of Ramp Manager at US Airways from March 2006 to February 2010. Joe Nester holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute, completed from 1996 to 2000, and attended Valley Forge Military Academy & College from 1993 to 1995.
