Caroline Chu serves as the Director of Talent Sourcing at Coupang since March 2020, leading teams in Executive Search and sourcing for both corporate and technology positions. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Caroline previously held roles at National Australia Bank as an Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant and Strategic Sourcing Partner, and at Telstra as Team Lead and Sourcing Specialist. Caroline's career began in recruitment at Robert Walters and Chandler Macleod, specializing in finance and temporary recruitment, respectively. Caroline holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Teaching (Psychology/Mathematics) and Arts from Deakin University, completed between 2000 and 2005.
