McKenna Pomidoro is an experienced technical support professional currently serving as Team Lead at Coupa Software since February 2019, where roles have included Senior Technical Support Engineer and Assigned Support Engineer. Prior to this, McKenna worked as a server at The Twisted Fork, Red Robin, and Chili's from 2016 to 2019. McKenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating in May 2018.
