Kushal Ladha is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and previously as Lead Software Engineer at Coupa Software since July 2019, Kushal has also held the position of Team Lead at BrowserStack from January 2018 to July 2019. Earlier career experience includes multiple roles at True Sparrow Systems from November 2012 to December 2017, including Director of Software Engineering, Mobile Development, and various engineering positions. Kushal began the professional journey as a Software Engineer 2 at Brocade from July 2011 to November 2012, contributing to user applications for adapter drivers and software installers. Academic credentials include an M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology & Science.
