Gregory Monskie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and legal roles. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clerk for York County, PA since July 2022, Monskie previously held the position of Chief Legal and Operations Officer at Red Lion Area School District from January 2016 to July 2022. Prior to that, an attorney at Benn Law Firm from March 2006 to December 2015.
