Currently serving as an Insurance Specialist at the County of Wilkes since June 2017, Shelley has previously held multiple positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 1995 to 2017, including Vendor Analyst, Project Coordinator, Design Engineer, and Senior Technical Administrator. Shelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Music Education from Gardner-Webb University between 1990 and 1994.
