Shayan Rehman is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering Services Manager for Public Services at the County of San Joaquin since December 2022. Prior to this role, Shayan worked as a Senior Engineer at Sacramento County, where responsibilities included managing public facility financing and overseeing various development programs. Earlier positions included Senior Engineer and Associate Engineer roles, focused on floodplain management and drainage development at the County of San Joaquin and Sacramento County, respectively. Shayan began a career in engineering as a Water Resources Engineer at Wood Rodgers, Inc., and held various student assistant roles at the State Water Resources Control Board and Regional Water Quality Control Board. Education includes a BS in Civil Engineering from CSU - Sacramento, obtained between 2004 and 2009.
