Mandeep Sahota, BSN, RN, PHN, is an experienced registered nurse specializing in psychiatric and behavioral health services. Currently employed with the County of San Joaquin as a Registered Nurse in Inpatient Behavioral Health Services and Crisis Intervention since January 2022, Mandeep provides critical psychiatric care in a crisis stabilization unit. Previous roles include PMHNP Student Intern positions at Telecare Corporation and Grace Mental Health, and leadership as Director of Nursing at NaphCare, Inc., overseeing correctional health for incarcerated populations. Mandeep has also contributed as Assistant Director of Nursing at Heron's Key and Kline Galland Home, showcasing expertise in infection prevention, staff development, and quality assurance in various healthcare settings.
